royal47 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and royal47 ("royal47", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the royal47 website and gaming platform available at https://royal47.asia, including all games, betting facilities, promotions, and account services made available thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on royal47, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

royal47 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify registered Members of material changes via the email address on file.

To register and use royal47, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. royal47 operates a strict minimum age policy. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in a personal capacity.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where use of the Platform would be unlawful.
• You must not be self-excluded or voluntarily restricted from gambling on royal47 or on any other licensed gaming platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close associate of royal47 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.

royal47 reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each Member may hold only one (1) registered account on royal47. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

royal47 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") verification as required under its international gaming authority licensing obligations. Before processing withdrawals, royal47 may require submission of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address not older than three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet registration, bank account statement, or equivalent).

Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You must not permit any other person to access or use your royal47 account.

All financial transactions on royal47 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). royal47 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered exclusively in your own name. Accepted methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, DuitNow QR, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank, among others as listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit is RM 30.

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. royal47 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts; however, processing times may vary depending on payment provider timelines.

royal47 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where royal47 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

royal47 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.

Bonuses are credited to your account in MYR and form part of your bonus balance until the applicable wagering requirements are met. Funds in the bonus balance may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied.

royal47 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus winnings where there is evidence of:

• Abuse of promotions, including exploitation of wagering loopholes or low-margin game bias during bonus play.
• Use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Coordination with other players to unlawfully meet wagering requirements.
• Any other conduct that constitutes bonus fraud in royal47's reasonable determination.

All bets and wagers placed on royal47 are subject to the applicable game rules, which are accessible within each game or product section of the Platform. General betting rules include the following:

• A bet is confirmed only when accepted by the royal47 system and a transaction ID is generated. Verbal or informal notifications do not constitute acceptance.
• royal47 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or due to a technical malfunction. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the Member's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of betting.
• Wins derived from technical malfunctions, software errors, or clearly incorrect game configurations are not payable and will be reversed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, royal47's records shall be the primary reference. If our records are unavailable, we will attempt to reconstruct the bet in good faith.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on royal47 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or chargeback abuse.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an advantage in game play or sports betting.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploitation of software bugs or errors rather than reporting them to royal47 support.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing royal47 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or republish royal47's intellectual property without written authorisation.

All content on the royal47 Platform — including but not limited to the royal47 brand name and logo, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, audio, video, and data — is the exclusive property of royal47 or its licensed content providers. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to downloading, reproducing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any royal47 content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, royal47 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any other pecuniary loss — whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

royal47's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

royal47 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events) may cause temporary unavailability.

royal47 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the royal47 Privacy Policy.

royal47 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention services as necessary for the lawful operation of the Platform.

royal47 is committed to the principles of responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered Members, accessible at no cost through the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Wager limits (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Session time reminders and automatic logout timers.
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account pause from 24 hours to 6 weeks).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which royal47 holds its international gaming authority licence. In the event of a dispute between you and royal47, you agree to first attempt resolution through royal47's internal dispute process by contacting customer support.

If the dispute is not resolved through internal escalation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by royal47's licensing authority. royal47 is bound by the outcome of regulatory dispute resolution as part of its licence obligations.
